Laurent Ruquier Joins T18 to Host Weekly Cultural Program

Laurent Ruquier, a veteran French television host, will lead a weekly cultural show on T18 starting June 6, 2025.
T18 is a new TNT channel backed by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's CMI France, emphasizing cultural content, debate, and media pluralism.
Ruquier expressed enthusiasm about returning to cultural programming, focusing on books, music, cinema, and theater.
T18 has also recruited prominent figures like Matthieu Croissandeau and Ava Djamshidi to strengthen its programming lineup.
The channel replaces C8 and NRJ12, which ceased broadcasting in February 2025 following Arcom's regulatory decision.
