Overview

• Laurence Fox appeared at Woolwich Crown Court on June 12 for a trial preparation hearing and entered not guilty pleas to two counts under Section 66A of the Sexual Offences Act.
• Prosecutors allege that in April 2024 Fox intentionally shared a nonconsensual upskirting photograph of broadcaster Narinder Kaur on his X account.
• The image, taken in 2009 without Kaur’s knowledge, was reported to the Metropolitan Police and spurred an 11-month investigation.
• Narinder Kaur, who has waived her right to anonymity, said she felt violated, humiliated and degraded by the incident.
• If convicted Fox faces up to two years in prison and potential placement on the Sex Offenders Register.
