Laura Bramlett, 47, Dies After St. Clair Township House Fire

The sheriff’s office has opened an investigation into the cause following her rescue through a second-floor window.

  • A 73-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl were found on the front porch when deputies arrived, with another woman still inside.

  • St. Clair Area Fire Authority personnel removed Laura Bramlett from a second-story window and she was transported to a hospital.
