Las Vegas Pastor Shot and Killed by Neighbor in Dispute Caught on Video

The dispute, over complaints about the neighbor's pets, escalated to violence, leading to the pastor's death and charges against the neighbor, including murder and attempted murder.

Las Vegas pastor Nick Davi was shot and killed by his neighbor, Joe Junio, during a dispute outside his home, an incident that was captured on video by one of his children.
The dispute was reportedly over complaints Davi had made to the homeowner's association about Junio's chickens and dogs.
Davi's wife, Sarah, was also shot during the incident and survived. She has since filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
Junio has been charged with murder, attempted murder, battery, child abuse/neglect, and discharging a gun/weapon where a person might be endangered.
Junio is being held on $300,000 bail and is scheduled for a preliminary court hearing on March 4, 2024.
