Larisa Dolina Declines December 30 Handover of Disputed Moscow Apartment, Targets January 5 Exit

Court bailiffs could enforce the eviction if she does not leave voluntarily.

Overview

  • Polina Lurye’s lawyer said Dolina refused a request to surrender the Khamovniki property on December 30 and conveyed via attorney Maria Pukhova that her family would move out no earlier than January 5.
  • The Supreme Court ruled on December 16 that Lurye is the lawful owner of the apartment purchased in summer 2024 for about 112 million rubles.
  • Following the high court’s decision, the Moscow City Court ordered Dolina’s eviction and directed the deregistration of her daughter and granddaughter.
  • Leading law schools, including Saint Petersburg State University, Kutafin Moscow State Law University, and RANEPA, said they will study the case in their curricula.
  • Separately, a Balashikha court in late November sentenced four defendants in the related fraud case to four to seven years in prison and fined each about 900,000 rubles after Dolina said phone scammers pushed her into the sale.
