Largest Refugee Team Ever to Compete at Paris Paralympics

Nine athletes from six countries will participate across six sports, showcasing resilience and hope.

The team includes eight competitors and one guide runner.
Athletes will compete in athletics, powerlifting, table tennis, taekwondo, triathlon, and wheelchair fencing.
This marks an increase from six athletes in the Tokyo 2021 Paralympics.
IPC President Andrew Parsons highlighted the athletes' determination amidst global displacement.
The Paralympics will take place from August 28 to September 8 in Paris.
