San Luis Obispo County Fire reported the blaze around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of Bull Canyon Road northeast of Santa Maria.
Arriving units found roughly half of the large structure burning, and firefighters shifted to a defensive posture due to the building’s size and intensity.
