• Footage shows a brief pursuit with Singh waving the blade out the driver’s window and colliding with a patrol SUV before stopping near Figueroa and 12th Streets.
• LAPD says Singh exited while still armed and charged at officers, who then fired; the involved officers were identified as Michael Orozco and Nestor Espinoza Bojorquez.
