• LAPD air units tracked the car as the driver weaved between motorists, used the freeway shoulder, and jumped a curb.
• The chase ended near Riverside Drive and Eads Street in Elysian Valley after officers executed a PIT maneuver, and the driver surrendered around 9:20 p.m.
