Overview
- The fifth floor hosts the Langosteria restaurant, with Ally’s Bar above and PEPE-barra Italiana scheduled to debut on the fourth floor in January.
- Together, the restaurant and bar seat about 220 guests, including terrace tables and access to a private dining room from the bar level.
- The 12,420-square-foot project spans four kitchens and will employ about 150 people, with interiors by Fendi Architecture that reference slow-travel design cues.
- The launch coincides with the closure of Langosteria Café and Langosteria Cucina on Via Savona, while the original Via Savona restaurant and the Bistrot on Via Bobbio continue to operate.
- The group maps further openings in London and Porto Cervo in 2026 with Miami and Madrid to follow, underpinned by Archive Srl’s 40% stake and revenue goals of €65m in 2025, €75m next year and €120m by 2030.
