Lando Norris Launches LN4 Fusion to Develop Young Drivers

The driver-owned team has secured a 2027 FIA Formula 3 entry and will operate across multiple junior series while pursuing a Formula 2 licence.

Overview

  • On Thursday, September 3, 2026, Norris announced LN4 Fusion and the fully funded LN4 Legacy programme to identify, finance and train drivers through the FIA ladder.
  • LN4 Fusion has acquired AIX Racing assets that include a confirmed starting slot for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 Championship.
  • The team named an experienced leadership group with Rene Rosin as team principal, Guillaume Capietto as sporting director, Dan Richards as CEO, Dan Hazlewood leading UK F4 and testing, and Julian Rouse in charge of the Legacy fund.
  • LN4 Fusion plans entries in Italian F4, British F4 and the Formula Regional European Championship for 2027 and is actively preparing an application for the Formula 2 re-tender that will award 2027–2029 team licences.
