Landkreis Harz Completes €3.5 Million Purchase of Brockenkuppe, Ownership to Transfer July 1

The county will invest in new facilities, including a multipurpose hall, to modernize the Brocken's visitor infrastructure.

Der Landkreis Harz in Sachsen-Anhalt hat für dreieinhalb Millionen Euro den Brockengipfel gekauft. Die Kommune erwarb  knapp 13.000 Quadratmeter große Grundstücke auf dem 1142 Meter hohen Berg. Der Brocken soll touristisch weiterentwickelt werden.
