Land Rover Classic Adds OCTA-Inspired Colours and Materials to Classic Defender V8

The update answers client requests to match the modern OCTA’s look on hand-built classic commissions.

Overview

  • Five new exterior shades join the palette: Petra Copper, Faroe Green, Sargasso Blue, Narvik Black and Patagonia White.
  • Each commission spends roughly 300 hours in paint with a choice of gloss or a satin effect that echoes the OCTA’s matte finish.
  • New cabin options include Ultrafabrics PU in Khaki Green, Lunar and Light Cloud, plus Burnt Sienna semi‑aniline leather and Ebony leather.
  • OCTA-inspired details such as a gloss-black radiator grille and chopped-carbon bonnet script are available alongside lighting, infotainment and wheel upgrades.
  • The conversions retain a re-engineered 5.0‑litre V8 (about 405 bhp) with an eight‑speed ZF automatic, use 2012–2016 donor vehicles, are built by Classic Works, and are reported to start around £190,000 before taxes.
