Lance Frank Appointed Head of Communications for CBS News and Stations

Frank will oversee all internal and external communications across CBS News, local stations, and syndication units.

Lance Frank has been promoted to oversee communications for CBS News, Stations, and Media Ventures.
Frank will report directly to Wendy McMahon, president and CEO of CBS News and Stations, and Chris Ender, EVP of Communications for CBS.
He joined CBS News in 2011 and has steadily risen through the ranks, previously serving as EVP of Communications.
Frank will manage strategic communications, talent relations, and program publicity across CBS' national and local news divisions.
His appointment comes as CBS prepares for a busy fall with significant political coverage and new programming launches.
