Lana Del Rey revealed in a recent interview that she was 'all over' the original version of Taylor Swift's 'Snow on the Beach', matching Swift's vocals so perfectly that it was hard to distinguish her contribution.
Swift released a second version of the song with 'more' Lana on the deluxe edition of Midnights earlier this year, in response to fans' requests.
Del Rey explained that she sees her role in collaborations as helping to enhance the production of the song, and would have sung the entire second verse if she had known she was the only feature on 'Snow on the Beach'.
The original version of 'Snow on the Beach' reached Number Four on the Hot 100 chart.
Del Rey and Swift have previously worked together with producer Jack Antonoff.
