Lakers to Privately Unveil Kobe and Gianna Bryant Statue

The statue honoring Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna will be revealed in a ceremony on August 2, 2024, at Crypto.com Arena.

This is the second of three planned statues commemorating the late Lakers legend.
The date 8/2/24 was chosen for its significance to Kobe and Gianna's jersey numbers.
The public can view the statue starting Saturday morning.
The first statue, unveiled in February, depicts Kobe's 81-point game.
A third statue, featuring Kobe in his No. 24 jersey, will be unveiled next season.
