Overview

  • The couple exchanged vows on June 21 at St Mary the Virgin church in Bottesford before hosting a reception at the Manners family seat, Belvoir Castle.
  • Lady Violet wore the Rutland Tiara, a diamond heirloom passed down since the 18th century and last seen at the 1937 coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
  • High society figures at the wedding included Flora Vesterberg, Sabrina Percy, the Duchess of Noto and members of both the Rutland and Lindsay families.
  • Following the formal events, guests enjoyed a late-night party at “Daddabels,” the makeshift nightclub created by the Manners sisters inside one of the castle’s rooms.
  • On June 24, the new Viscountess Garnock posted a message of gratitude for her family, guests and wedding team, calling it “the most perfect celebration.”
