- The MTV Video Music Awards air Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. ET from UBS Arena on Long Island, broadcasting live on CBS with an MTV simulcast and streaming on Paramount+.
- Lady Gaga leads all nominees with 12 nods and will perform, marking her first VMAs performance since 2020.
- The performance roster also features Doja Cat, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, Jelly Roll, Tate McRae, Conan Gray, J Balvin, Alex Warren, DJ Snake and Sombr.
- Mariah Carey will receive the Video Vanguard Award, Busta Rhymes will be honored with the inaugural Rock the Bells Visionary Award and Ricky Martin will receive the first Latin Icon Award, with all three set to perform.
- LL Cool J will host the ceremony, and fan voting remains open on the VMAs website through Sept. 5, with Best New Artist voting continuing into the live show.
