LA28 Opens Olympic Ticket Registration With $28 Seats and Local Presale

Pre-registration enters fans into a randomized draw assigning purchase times.

Overview

  • Registration runs Jan. 14–March 18, with selected entrants emailed March 31–April 7 for Drop 1 purchasing windows scheduled April 9–19.
  • A locals-only presale runs April 2–6 for residents registering with billing addresses in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Oklahoma’s Oklahoma, Canadian and Cleveland counties.
  • Organizers plan roughly 14 million tickets, with at least one million priced at $28 and about one-third costing under $100.
  • Tickets for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies are included in Drop 1, with the dual-venue ceremonies set for the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and SoFi Stadium.
  • Ticketing will be handled by AXS and Eventim, hospitality packages will come via On Location, Paralympic sales begin in 2027, a purchase limit of up to 12 tickets per person applies, and detailed event-by-event pricing and other rules will be released closer to April.
