Overview
- The league features 34 clubs divided into two conferences of 17, with home-and-away round robins for 32 regular-season games per team.
- Matches run daily until a Dec. 21 holiday break, play resumes Jan. 8, and the regular season is slated to conclude on March 27, 2026.
- The postseason sends seeds 1–4 in each conference directly to the round of 16, fills remaining spots via a 5–12 Reclasificación, then crosses North vs. South in the quarterfinals before Finals decide promotion to the 2026/27 Liga Nacional.
- Relegation will be automatic for the last-place team in each conference with no permanence playoff.
- Opening night features Huracán de Las Heras vs. Hindú in Mendoza and Villa San Martín vs. Independiente on Oct. 31, with Jujuy Básquet debuting Nov. 4 at Estudiantes in Tucumán.
