Kyle Connor secured his 11th seasonal goal by scoring a hat trick, helping the Winnipeg Jets clinch their third straight victory by beating the Nashville Predators 6-3.
Mark Scheifele was a key playmaker in the victory, assisting four times, including two pass to Connor in the second period which resulted in two goals.
Along with Connor and Scheifele, Mason Appleton, Cole Perfetti, and Brenden Dillon also scored for the Jets, while Dylan DeMelo and Alex Iafallo each had a pair of assists.
On the Predators' side, Filip Forsberg managed two goals and Philip Tomasino added one, yet these efforts were not enough to turn the tide against the Jets.
Connor cemented the Jets' victory with an empty-netter with 3:16 left in the final period, hushing any hopes of a comeback from the Predators.
