Overview
- Elizabeth McKenna, 46, is accused of fatally shooting her husband, William Kelly, 53, after an argument on Dec. 30 around 8 p.m. in their Kutztown home.
- McKenna called 911 to report the shooting, and officers found Kelly dead in the dining room at 427 W. Walnut Street.
- According to the district attorney, she went upstairs to a safe for a handgun and then fired at close range; police recovered the weapon at the scene.
