KSEAB Declares 2nd PUC Exam 2 Results with 35.26% Pass Rate

Over 41,000 students improved their scores, with girls achieving higher pass rates than boys; Exam 3 scheduled for June 9–20.

Overview

The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) announced the 2nd PUC Exam 2 results for 2025, with an overall pass rate of 35.26%.
Of the 71,964 students registered for score improvement, 41,719 successfully improved their marks, significantly impacting CET rankings for many.
Girls outperformed boys with a pass rate of 36.38% compared to 34.34% for boys, continuing a trend of higher female achievement.
Stream-wise pass rates were 25.38% for Arts, 35.74% for Commerce, and 35.14% for Science, with notable improvements in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
Exam 3 is scheduled for June 9–20, with free registration for most students; deadlines for revaluation applications and downloading scanned answer scripts are set for May 20–25.
