• Kristian White formally withdrew his challenge at the NSW Industrial Relations Commission to review his December dismissal from the police force.
• NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb sacked White after a jury found him guilty of manslaughter for tasering 95-year-old dementia patient Clare Nowland.
• In March he received a two-year community corrections order with 425 hours of service and escaped a custodial sentence.
• The NSW Court of Appeal in July rejected prosecutors’ appeal for a prison term, upholding the original non-custodial penalty.
• White is serving his community corrections order and has been diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety and has disclosed thoughts of self-harm.
