Krawietz and Pütz Reach Tennis Season Finale

The German duo overcame a significant deficit to secure a spot in the Turin final.

Krawietz and Pütz defeated Australians Max Purcell and Jordan Thompson in a dramatic comeback, winning 2:6, 6:3, 11:9.
This marks the first time a German doubles team has reached the final of the season-ending tournament in its 55-year history.
The duo had previously lost to Purcell and Thompson at the US Open but managed to reverse their fortunes in Turin.
Krawietz and Pütz were initially struggling, down a set and a break, before rallying to win in a tense match-tiebreak.
They will face either Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten or Marcelo Arevalo and Mate Pavic in the final.
