Eeli Tolvanen, Brandon Montour, and Ryan Winterton scored the goals for Seattle, who led 2-0 after the first period and 3-1 heading into the third.
Joey Daccord was solid in goal for the Kraken, stopping 19 of 20 shots, while Vancouver's Kevin Lankinen saved 20 of 23 shots.
The game saw a more controlled pace compared to their previous rough encounter, despite four minor penalties against the Canucks.
Seattle will next face the Edmonton Oilers, while Vancouver is set to play against the Calgary Flames.
