Krafton Inc. Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault and Wrongful Termination

Krafton Inc., the publisher of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is facing a lawsuit filed by a former employee who alleges she was sexually assaulted by Kevin Kimball, the company's former head of strategy and business development, at a work-related party in December 2022.
The plaintiff claims that she was wrongfully terminated in February 2023, two months after reporting the alleged incident to Krafton's upper management.
The lawsuit alleges that Krafton ignored the plaintiff's complaints and failed to investigate the claims against Kimball.
The plaintiff is suing for emotional distress, claiming she has experienced 'severe emotional distress,' including 'great fear, disgrace, constant concern, [and] embarrassment.'
Neither Krafton nor Kimball have responded to requests for comment regarding the lawsuit.
