  • Anantha Raman R, the bank’s Head of Internal Audit, will take over as Chief Compliance Officer and senior management personnel on July 11, 2025, under a new three-year term.
  • Ashish Athalye, Senior Executive Vice President overseeing audit for assets, trade and treasury, will assume the role of Head of Internal Audit from July 11, 2025.
