Kosovo Court Upholds War Crimes Conviction of Former KLA Commander

Mustafa's sentence reduced by four years to a total of 22 years in prison.
Mustafa was found guilty of arbitrary detention, torture, and murder during the 1998-99 Kosovo conflict.
This is the first appeals judgment in a war crimes case at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers.
The court was set up in the Netherlands in 2015 to judge cases against former KLA guerillas.
