Overview

  • The recall covers Veganes Pesto Verde (best-before dates 22 January 2027 and 13 February 2027; EAN 4260335836804) and Veganes Pesto Rosso (best-before date 22 January 2027; EAN 4260335839560).
  • Affected jars were sold between 17 March and 2 July 2025 through KoRo’s online shop across Europe and in retail outlets in Germany and Austria.
  • Glass-like foreign bodies found in sample jars prompted the precautionary recall, as KoRo warns that ingestion could cause injury.
  • All implicated batches have been withdrawn from sale, online customers have been directly notified and returns are accepted without a receipt.
  • No injuries have been reported to date, and KoRo confirms that no other products are affected by this recall.
