Konami Reveals New Suikoden Game After Over a Decade, Exclusively for Mobile

Suikoden Star Leap brings back the beloved RPG series with pixel art and gacha mechanics but lacks a console release.

Suikoden Star Leap is the first new entry in the series since 2012, marking a long-awaited return for fans of the franchise.
The game will be available exclusively on iOS and Android as a free-to-play title featuring gacha-style microtransactions.
Set between the events of Suikoden V and Suikoden I, the story follows a silent protagonist whose village is attacked, prompting a journey to restore peace.
The game reintroduces the series' signature 108 recruitable characters, pixel-art graphics, and turn-based battles in a modernized style.
While no release date has been announced, Konami is also launching HD remasters of Suikoden I and II on March 6 across multiple platforms.
