Komkar Village Signs MoU Backing PFR Study for Siang Upper Project With 95% Consent

• The agreement makes Komkar the first Upper Siang village to formally endorse pre‑feasibility work, following similar MoUs by four villages in neighboring Siang district.
• Consent was recorded from 245 of 257 households after more than a year of household-level consultations led by state leaders and officials.
