Overview

• A 55-year-old passenger, identified as Sanjay Basak, allegedly molested, slapped and tore the clothes of a woman journalist as she traveled on a private route 211 bus on Friday night.
• Fellow passengers intervened at the Baguiati stop, forced Basak off the bus and detained him until traffic police took him into custody.
