Kodaline Announce Split After More Than a Decade, Will Record One Final Album

The group shared the news in an Instagram video, thanking fans for a journey from Dublin streets to global stages.

  • The band said they will go into the studio one last time to record a fifth and final Kodaline album, with no dates yet announced.
  • Kodaline’s lineup is Steve Garrigan, Vincent May, Mark Prendergast and Jason Boland.
  • Formed in Swords as 21 Demands, the group changed its name to Kodaline in 2012.
  • The band released four studio albums from 2013 to 2020 and earned No. 1 singles including Give Me a Minute and High Hopes, and they last headlined Electric Picnic in 2024.
