- Web options can be exercised from 6:00 am on September 16 to 11:30 pm on September 18 via tsmedadm.tsche.in.
- All eligible categories, including PWD, PMC, CAP and EWS, may submit choices with no limit on the number of options.
- Candidates allotted a seat must pay a ₹12,000 university fee to download the allotment order and report by the specified deadline.
- Admission is confirmed at the college after original certificates and bonds are submitted and tuition is paid—₹10,000 in government colleges or ₹60,000 in private and ESIC institutions.
- Admissions at Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute in Karimnagar are subject to Telangana High Court orders, and those who skip options or fail to join an allotted seat lose eligibility for later rounds.
