• The Knicks interviewed Minnesota Timberwolves assistant Micah Nori on June 24 for their head coaching vacancy, making him the third formal candidate.
• Nori joins veteran coaches Mike Brown and Taylor Jenkins, who previously met with New York in the ongoing search.
• Several teams rebuffed New York’s requests to interview active head coaches, including denials from Minnesota for Chris Finch and from Dallas and Houston regarding Jason Kidd and Ime Udoka.
