‘Kneecap’ Dominates British Independent Film Award Nominations

The film features Irish-language rappers alongside Michael Fassbender and debuted at the Sundance Film Festival.
Love Lies Bleeding, directed by Rose Glass, follows closely with 12 nominations, including Best Director and Best Joint Lead Performance for Kristen Stewart and Katy O’Brian.
The Outrun, starring Saoirse Ronan, received nine nominations, including Best British Independent Film and Best Lead Performance.
Winners will be announced at the BIFA ceremony in London on December 8.
