Indie studio Kino Lorber launches streaming service offering classic and new films for $5.99 per month, with titles including a 4K restoration of Bernardo Bertolucci’s “The Conformist” and hidden gems from the vast catalog available to stream for the first time.
- Independent film distributor, Kino Lorber, introduces the Kino Film Collection, a new streaming service available in the U.S. on Amazon Prime Video for $5.99 per month.
- The streaming service will feature new releases fresh from theaters, as well as hundreds of films from Kino Lorber's catalog, many of which are available to stream for the first time.
- Highlighted films include a new 4K restoration of Bernardo Bertolucci’s “The Conformist” and classics like Fritz Lang’s “Metropolis” and F.W. Murnau’s “Nosferatu.
- The platform, overseen by Lisa Schwartz, Kino Lorber's Chief Revenue Officer, will be updated monthly with new streaming premieres and curated gems from the Kino library.
