The King received throwing tips from Phoebe Schecter, captain of Britain's women's flag football team, and attempted passes under the guidance of NFL player Efe Obada.
The visit celebrated Tottenham Hotspur's partnership with the NFL and its charitable initiatives, including The Huddle Project, which supports local youth in Tottenham.
He also engaged with students from the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham and young people benefiting from The King's Trust, a charity he founded in 1976.
The King was presented with a replica of Tottenham's golden cockerel statue and a Super Bowl LIX football during the visit.
