King Charles to Attend D-Day 80th Anniversary in France Amid Cancer Treatment

Prince William to represent the King at international ceremonies as Charles resumes public duties after cancer diagnosis.

King Charles and Queen Camilla will attend the British Normandy Memorial event on June 6.
Prince William will join international leaders at Omaha Beach and the Canadian ceremony at Juno Beach Centre.
This is King Charles' first overseas trip since his cancer diagnosis in February.
The Princess of Wales, also undergoing cancer treatment, will not attend the events.
King Charles has resumed a limited schedule of public duties after a three-month hiatus.
