  • The purchase price is $105 million with up to $15 million more contingent on U.S. box office performance in 2025.
  • The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2025 and will be funded through an incremental €100 million committed term loan under Kinepolis’ existing facility.
  • Emagine locations will continue operating under the Emagine brand with an emphasis on continuity for customers and employees.
  • Sites in Minnesota and Colorado and several Michigan theaters operated under brand licenses, including two in Birmingham plus Woodhaven and Farmington Hills, are not included in the deal.
