Smith-Bynoe will host the Christmas special and the upcoming 10th season of the show.
The Christmas special will feature four celebrities: Toyah Willcox, Kerry Godliman, Jessica Knappett, and Hammed Animashaun.
The announcement of Smith-Bynoe's hosting role was made in October.
The Great British Sewing Bee Christmas special 2023 will air on BBC One on December 21, 2023 at 9pm.
