  • Kia confirmed the EV5’s production-ready exterior with its boxy proportions, tiger-nose grille and star-map lighting under the ‘Opposites United’ theme.
  • The cabin integrates two 12.3-inch displays bridged by a 5.3-inch climate control screen alongside a head-up display, digital key and AI-enhanced voice assistant.
  • An 81.4 kWh battery delivers up to 329 miles per charge with 120 kW fast charging for a 10–80 percent refill in about 30 minutes and 0–62 mph acceleration in 8.4 seconds.
  • Utility features include one-pedal driving, Vehicle-to-Grid hardware for household power, a flat-folding rear bench boosting cargo to 1,650 litres and a 44-litre frunk.
  • First deliveries are scheduled for the end of 2025 in the UK and Europe with prices expected to start in the mid-£40,000 range.
