- Kia confirmed a €37,590 entry price for the EV4 to position the new compact electric in line with rivals such as the VW ID.3.
- Production of the EV4 will be localized in Slovakia, marking Kia’s first Europe-built electric model under its “EV for all” expansion plan.
- The EV4 will debut in the fourth quarter of 2025 and be offered as both a sloping-roof crossover fastback and a classic hatchback to suit different buyer preferences.
- Equipped with a 150 kW front-wheel-drive motor and built on the E-GMP 400-V platform, the EV4 provides battery options of 58.3 kWh for up to 440 km or 81.4 kWh for up to 625 km of WLTP range.
- Kia supports the EV4 with DC fast charging from 10 % to 80 % in about 30 minutes and backs the model with a seven-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty plus an eight-year/160,000 km battery guarantee.
