• Seventeen-year-old local shikarawala Mohsin Ali won Jammu & Kashmir’s first gold on Day 1, taking the men’s K1 1000m in 4:12.717.
• Madhya Pradesh swept all four finals on Day 2, highlighted by Dally Bishnoi’s victory in the women’s K1 500m, with additional wins in women’s K2 500m and men’s K2 kayaking and C2 canoeing.
• J&K athletes Sajjad and Muhammad Hussain added a silver in men’s C2 500m, and Hussain secured bronze in men’s C1 1000m.
