• District Collector Anudeep Durishetty launched the initiative at Government Primary School, Indira Nagar, on August 23.
• Education Department officials were instructed to implement the schedule in all government schools on every fourth Saturday.
• Planned activities include visits to museums and government offices along with science experiments, skits, kite-making, artificial intelligence and financial literacy sessions.
• The approach aligns with National Education Policy 2020 by emphasizing experiential learning and integration of vocational skills.
• During the launch, Durishetty also urged the public to use eco-friendly clay Ganesh idols for Vinayaka Chavithi.
