Kevin Spacey, 65, is facing a new civil lawsuit in the U.K. alleging sexual misconduct during his time as artistic director at the Old Vic Theatre (2003–2015).
This marks the third legal case against Spacey, who was previously acquitted in a 2023 U.K. trial and found not liable in a 2022 U.S. civil case brought by Anthony Rapp.
The latest lawsuit also targets organizations affiliated with the Old Vic Theatre, but specific details of the allegations have not yet been disclosed.
