Kevin Kiermaier Re-signs with Toronto Blue Jays

The four-time Gold Glove Award winner secures a one-year, $10.5 million contract after a successful season with the team.

Outfielder Kevin Kiermaier has re-signed with the Toronto Blue Jays on a one-year, $10.5 million contract.
Kiermaier, a four-time Gold Glove Award winner, hit .265 with eight homers, 36 RBIs and 14 stolen bases in 129 games last season for the Blue Jays.
Previously, Kiermaier played for the Tampa Bay Rays for 10 years before they declined his $13 million option for 2023.
The Blue Jays also signed utility man Isiah Kiner-Falefa to a two-year, $15 million contract.
The Blue Jays finished third in the AL East this year, made the playoffs as a wild card but were swept by Minnesota in the opening series.
