  • Kevin Durant has acquired a direct minority stake in Paris Saint-Germain through his media and investment company, Boardroom Sports Holdings.
  • Qatar Sports Investments, PSG’s majority owner, signed an investment and strategic partnership agreement with Durant concurrent with the stake acquisition.
  • Under the partnership, Boardroom and QSI will collaborate on a range of commercial projects, investment ventures and content production initiatives.
  • Durant will advise on PSG’s multi-port growth strategy, including expanding in the United States and adding a basketball division as discussions continue over a new European league.
