The separation comes six months after Kesha and Dr. Luke settled several lawsuits, including defamation, out of court.
Kesha's deal with Kemosabe officially ended last week, seven months after the release of her last contractual album with the label, Gag Order.
Kesha is said to be in discussions with potential new managers.
